Knectiv’s Role:
Elmore Came To Knectiv In The Latter Stages Of Product Development. While Most Of The General Design Had Been Completed, The Product Was Not Manufacturable And The Electronics Were Based Off Of A Very Expensive Component Set. Knectiv Redesigned The Enclosure And Redesigned The PCB, Cutting The COGS In Half. Following The Redesign, Knectiv Manufactured The Turnkey Product, Including PCB, SMT, Mold & Injections, Final Assembly And Packaging.
